Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. A 30% deduction will apply to the product payment, along with the original delivery charges of approximately PKR 650–850.
Product Condition: All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Any item that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping: Customers must send the parcel back to us through TCS Courier.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect all items. After successful verification, the remaining eligible amount will be refunded after deducting the 30% deduction and original delivery charges.
Important: No opened, used, or unsealed items will be accepted for return. All products must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed condition. Refunds will be processed only after the returned parcel has been received and checked.
